We understand that buying new windows and doors for your home can seem overwhelming, but don’t worry. We’re with you every step of the way.

Step 1: Book your free in-home estimate or come into our showroom.

We’re low pressure when it comes to our sales process. So, whether you’d like us to come to you or you come to us, we can get your project going. It all starts by giving us a call at (845) 298-DOOR to discuss your project.

Step 2: The Appointment

If you’d like to stop by our showroom, our sales associates will show you interactive product samples that best fit your wants and needs. If you’d prefer, we can schedule one of our sales reps to come out to your home for a FREE consultation.

Most likely, if you start by coming to our showroom, we’ll still need to come to your house to see the project in person. When you schedule your FREE In-Home Estimate, you will get a text and email notification reminding you of your appointment both the day before and an hour before the appointment. When your sales rep arrives, they’ll go over your project with you, take some rough measurements, and go over some design and materials options with you. Within 48 hours of your appointment, you’ll receive a quote from us.

Step 3: Ordering and Receiving your product:

If there aren’t any changes or revisions that need to be made to your quote and we dot the I’s and cross the T’s we can get started on ordering your new beautiful view. Once your product has been ordered we’ll send you an eta for when we should be receiving your product, followed up with regularly occurring updates to keep you in the loop until we get your order into us.

Once your product is in, we’ll be in touch to schedule delivery, and should you choose to use an NB Certified Installer we will schedule delivery and install together.
